  • IS MY ORDER READY?

    If you have recently ordered, your item(s) are likely still being processed and produced. This can take up to 5 days.

  • WHERE IS MY ORDER?

    After you have placed an order, and once your order is completed, you'll be emailed a tracking number for your shipment.

  • WHO'S MAKING MY ORDER?

    Orders placed in our store are produced through typical print-on-demand services. Most orders are made overseas, and then shipped to the USA for delivery. This process can take up to 20 days.

  • HOW DOES SIZING WORK?

    Clothing sizes are listed in Imperial units and are provided by default by the manufacturer. HSF does not set the sizing chart. If you are having sizing issues, please contact us.

  • CAN I RETURN CLOTHING?

    Each product on our website is custom-made to order, and inventory is not stocked. Any items you order from our website have a No Return Policy. If you are wanting a refund, please contact us.
